Frequently asked questions
What Clarido is, how it works, and what to expect when you commit to your first intention.
What Clarido Is
What is Clarido?
Clarido helps you choose what matters most and keep it in sight. Talk through what’s on your mind, turn it into one personal intention, and put it on your lock screen. Check-ins and guided audio reflections give you ways to return to it.
What is an intention?
An intention names how you want to show up, such as “Be present with my family” or “Make time for myself.” It gives direction to your choices. You can then choose a specific action that puts it into practice. Find one clear intention
Who is Clarido for?
Clarido is for people who want their daily choices to reflect what matters to them. You might be juggling work and family, making a change, or noticing that your own priorities keep getting pushed aside.
How is Clarido different from a to-do list or habit tracker?
A to-do list holds tasks. A habit tracker records repeated activities. Clarido centers on one personal intention, keeps it visible, and gives you space to reflect on what helped or got in the way.
How is Clarido different from a general AI assistant?
Clarido connects conversation to a daily practice: one intention, a visible reminder, and check-ins. Coaching and guided reflections can draw on context you have shared in Clarido.
Is Clarido therapy?
No. Clarido offers coaching and reflection. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not replace professional care.
Using Clarido
How do I get started?
Talk with Clarido by voice or text about what’s on your mind. Your coach helps you put what matters into words. Edit your intention until it sounds like you, then choose how to display it on your lock screen.
Why put an intention on my lock screen?
Your lock screen is somewhere you already look. Keeping your own words there gives you a chance to remember what matters before you open messages, work, or social media. Use your phone as a reminder
What happens in a check-in?
A check-in asks whether your choices aligned with your intention. You can notice when you showed up, when you got pulled away, or when you are ready to move on. What you share gives later coaching more context.
What is a guided reflection?
A guided reflection is a personalized audio-led session where you listen and respond to questions. It helps you explore a situation and choose a next step. A session is about 15 minutes and can suggest an intention for you to keep, edit, or decline.
What is Wins?
Wins is in development. It is designed to bring earlier and later words from your conversations and check-ins together, so you can notice changes you might otherwise miss.
How long should I keep an intention?
Keep it for as long as it is useful. You can stay with it, change the wording, or choose a new one as your life changes. There is no need to pick something new every day. Keep one intention present in your day
Can I have more than one intention?
Clarido centers on one active intention at a time. You can care about several things while choosing one to keep in view right now.
Does Clarido use earlier conversations?
Your coach and guided reflections can use context from earlier conversations, check-ins, and reflection outcomes. You can clarify or correct something when your circumstances change.
